Loving English

English is the universal language. It enables people all over the world to communicate and understand each other.

English is not my native language but I love studying it. I know my English is not perfect but I just want to share what I know about it. I would like to share some tips on how you can study the language.

How To Study The Language category includes posts on study tips and insights.

Grammar category mainly touches on grammar points and issues which can include confusing patterns or words.

Vocabulary focuses on word meanings or definitions. It includes Enriching Vocabulary, Idioms and Food for Thought.

I am language learner myself. I have been studying Japanese for a few years and I learned a lot from blogs. I would like to return the favor by creating this blog for English learners.

I do not claim that all things written in here are the accurate English rules. The explanations here are mostly based on my opinion and some materials from books and the Internet. I try to write the explanations in the simplest way that I can. If you see some mistakes, please feel free to tell me. Let’s help each other in learning languages!

If you have grammar-related questions, you can request for explanation here. I may not be the best person to do the job but I will do my best to provide a sound explanation.

Learning English is fun. The more you learn it, the better it gets.

Note: Some of the posts here were imported from my original blog. However, that blog is becoming messier and messier because there are lots of categories. I decided to create a new blog dedicated for learning English. That’s how this blog came about.
