inevitable (adj) – unavoidable, cannot be prevented, しょうがない

inevitable (n) – unavoidable event

Examples:

1. Don’t argue with the inevitable.
2. Natural calamities are inevitable but we might have the opportunity to lessen the damages if we work together.

4. It’s inevitable to fall in love.
